Refund & Returns

At PIONEERS HUB PRIVATE LIMITED, we stand by the quality of our apparel. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, we are here to assist with a seamless return or exchange process.

Eligibility for Returns

To ensure a successful return or exchange, please ensure the following:

  • The request is initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags intact.
  • The original packaging must be included.

The Exchange Process

We provide one-time free exchanges for size-related issues:

  • Contact our Mumbai support team with your Order ID and the preferred size.
  • Our logistics partner will arrange a reverse pickup from your registered address.
  • Once inspected at our hub, your new item will be dispatched.

Refund Timeline

If you opt for a refund instead of an exchange:

  • For Prepaid Orders: Refunds are credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.
  • For COD Orders: Refunds are issued as store credit or via bank transfer (Account details will be requested upon approval).
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and exclusivity reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Innerwear and socks.
  • Custom-tailored or personalized apparel.
  • Items purchased during "Final Clearance" sales.
