Cancellation Before Dispatch

We value your time and trust. Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been prepared for shipping at our Mumbai facility.

• Contact support with your Order ID to initiate cancellation.
• Refunds for prepaid orders are processed to the original payment source within 5–7 business days.

Post-Dispatch Policy

Once an order has been dispatched from our Malad West hub, it cannot be canceled. In such cases, you may follow our Return & Exchange process upon receiving the delivery.

*Note: Shipping or handling fees may be non-refundable for items canceled after shipping attempts.

Rights of the Hub

PIONEERS HUB PRIVATE LIMITED reserves the right to cancel orders in rare instances such as:

• Stock discrepancies or fabric quality issues.
• Incomplete or unverified shipping addresses.
• Suspicion of fraudulent transactions.

Shipping & Logistics

We offer free shipping on all orders of ₹3000 and above within India. For orders below this threshold, a nominal shipping fee is applied.

All logistics are handled via our verified partners to ensure your premium apparel reaches you in pristine condition.
